My DHM is very talented - she's crafty and she's a great cook! She made this wonderful lemony cake for us on Wednesday night and I loved it - and it's so easy I thought I should share it.
I didn't think to take a picture until it was in the refrigerator safe and sound. You'll want to excuse the plastic wrap.
Lemon Sheet Cake
1 pkg lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 can (14 3/4 oz) lemon pie filling
Cream cheese frosting
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs until well blended.
Fold in pie filling.Spread into a greased 15 X 10 X 1 baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cake cool and frost cake. Store in refrigerator.
