Decorating for Easter on a Budget and a Giveaway

On Sunday, DH and I traveled to spend the day with my daughter and her family...
it had been three weeks since we'd seen Macie.
And I must share how big she's getting..

She was all smiles until the camera came out and then her smiles stopped...
but I had so much fun holding her, loving her...wonderful day!

Crystal and I also decorated the built in hutch in her kitchen with Easter things she had on hand as well as items from Dollar Tree...let me show you ...

I did the cardinal rule...I didn't take a before picture..
but it was a mixture of things, nice things...
but now it says SPRING or EASTER...
and we shopped her home to put this together....

The top shelf, the big platter stayed where it was..
and I used her drink dispenser and filled it with
the plastic Easter eggs that Crystal already had..
I spray painted a frame from Dollar Tree and added the printable..
the lamb was found last year on clearance at Pier One....

I kept the two tiered serving dish and added some spring items..
again, more things on clearance from Pier One..
nothing says Easter more than chickies, bunnies, a little stuffed baby lamb...
and the burlap bunny is from Etsy that I had bought Crystal a few years ago..

For the bottom shelf, I took her wicker utensil organizer and added some fun
napkins I picked up at Dollar Tree...another painted picture frame withe a printable..
I took a blue Mason jar and added some pink basket stuffing and added a few
Easter egg picks to make a cute bouquet...the bunny was on clearance from Pier One
and the candy dish was something that Crystal already had..

So if you're on a budget or you just don't want to spend any money...
shop your home...and use things in unexpected ways!

Now it's time to talk about my giveaways!

I'm giving away this fun, Easter bunny burlap banner
to one person..
