Welcome to Foodie Friday and this will be my first attempt. Please check out all the other great ideas at
Designs by Gollum every Friday.
I've found so many creative people out there but I tend to look for quick, easy, cheap and great tasting! So my recipe this week is one that I made Tuesday night and we loved it and will definitely have it again and again. I'm sorry I don't know who posted this recipe but it was so good.
For whatever reason, my computer won't let me copy the picture over to show you how good it looks.
Easy Cheesy Chicken Bake
2 cups Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast,(I boiled three breasts and then cut them into small pieces)
1 bag (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1. Preheat oven to 400. Prepare Stuffing mix as directed on the package; set aside.
2. Mix chicken and broccoli in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Stir in soup, milk and cheese; top with the prepared stuffing.
3. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
This is one quick meal to make after getting home from work...

This sounds delicious, Terry!
Oh, wow! That sounds good. Funny you should post this because I was thinking about a casserole a friend used to make, and this sounds very similar. Thanks so much for the recipe. I'm starved and ready to eat!
Happy FF and St. Pat's Day, too!
XO,
Sheila :-)
I still haven't received an email with your address to send the binder you won on Tuesday. If I don't get it by midnight tonight, I'm going to pick another winner.
