My Shabby Sign Makeover

I've been watching for picture frames at Goodwill.
(You just never know when you'll see somebodies blog and want to copy them.)

First qualification - it needs to be cheap.
Second qualification - character.

Here's one of the frames I recently changed.

Really not a bad picture, just doesn't fit into the look I'm trying to achieve.

I kind of felt guilty taking it apart.

And I found this "Relax" plaque at Goodwill for $1 - another green item!

A little spray paint and some fabric and...

Here it is....in my bathroom.

One more step toward creating my shabby chic bathroom.
I'm linking up to Blue Cricket Designs and Show and Tell
and The Thrify Home and Penny Pitching Party.

Terry, I love it! It really turned out terrific. (btw, I have that fabric in my stash! ;o)

What a great idea. I'll have to file it away for future use. Thanks so much for sharing.
