Sunday Blog Love

One of my favorite hobbies is to go shopping, bargain shopping that is. I love Goodwill or going to various stores and checking out the clearance sections and looking for that fantastic find.

And this week my Sunday Blog Love goes to Kate at Chic on a Shoestring Decorating.

Let me show you what I mean.

Kate's starting point for this arrangment was the red candle holders that she got at Bed, Bath & Beyond for $6. Doesn't this look so festive?

And if red isn't your color - how about gold and silver.

(See the glass containers? They are constantly being changed for the seasons!)

Even though Easter is a several months away, I just love this dispaly.

And Kate has a love for cloches and each time she changes them out for the season,

is prettier than the next one.

I just love her dining room and isn't the rug so pretty?

She painted and glazed her kitchen cupboards and it turned out

absolutely  beautiful.

Tuesday Treasures

This will be the third week showing something that is special to me..and this time it's a couple of songs that well - are country music.. I hope even if you don't normally listen to country music - that you'll watch these videos...and see why I like them so much..

I'm a big fan of Martina and this song is as beautiful as she is.
