Reorganizing My Scrapbook Room

I know I've shown you my space so many times...but I decided to use the Michael's
gift card I got from my hubby for Christmas to make the most of the room..
Let me show you what it use to look like...

I had brought in some plastic stackable containers and while they would work just fine...
the truth was that under the table there was a lot of space being wasted...

And I realized that I only really need one area to work in instead of the two as shown here...
actually the area on the left side ended up being the dumping ground for any overflow...

Okay, let me show you what it looks like now.....

I got rid of one of the folding tables and bought six more organizers from Michaels...
I shifted a couple from the other side to this side too...
Now I have storage all the way down instead of just on top of the table...

I have some countertop but not enough to let things stack up...
I want to keep things looking pretty...

I placed all my patterned paper packs here...
much easier to find what I want..

The table got shifted to the middle of the room...
I love working with all the natural light shining in...
My newest project which I'll show you later this week is sitting on the table...
keywords:Hello Kitty/Valentine's Day!

On the opposite side of the table are more of those wonderful
organizers from Michaels...I moved the Cricut and my cartridges
here to make it more convient....

And I have a place to showcase some of my favorite projects....
you can see my vintage flip Christmas calendar here...
I have another project coming up later on with it for Valentine's Day...
just not enough time in each day to get everything done..

I love my huge bulletin board...
as you can imagine..it's been blogged about too...

Also in the space is the computer and printer....
we're talking about getting a laptop and getting rid of this set up so
that it's not so crowded....

I love my space and spend a LOT of time in here!
Thanks for stopping by...

It looks so good and organized. I love those units you bought. I need something better to hold my scrapbook paper, but I don't know when I'll get it.

Your craft room looks great. I love your storage system. I agree, when we have two side to a work space, the other side just becomes a "holding" place. So best to get it organized. Like the selves in white, look so crisp and clean. Im jealous of your organization. I so needed this inspiration to get me going! Thanks for sharing at Sunday's Best.

Good Job!!! Isn't it amazing how we can do and re-do our scrapping rooms. I always think mine is just perfectly perfect...then I get a bee in my bonnet and have to move it all around AGAIN. It's never ending, isn't it? What is amazing, at the end of the day, it's the best it's ever been. At least for this go round. lol Your room looks beautiful and functional. Have fun scrapping. xoso Sandy

It is exciting to see the changes you have made. I remember reading about the previous change too. The increased storage sure helps alot.

How exciting that your daughter is coming home. That is so cool for you!

I’m sorry I’ve not visited your Impossibility Challenge post before now – this working lark does get in the way of real life !!!
Your scrapbooking room is great - I would be inspired every time I went in there. You have made yourself a great haven for crafting.
Congratulations on making your impossibility possible!

It looks great! I love those cubes from Michael's have several myself. I even had the table you had and thought the same thing...I am wasting space. I got a closet shelf from Lowe's to put on top of mine to make a desk unit.
